The Ministry of Investments, Trade and Industry in collaboration with relevant Ministries, Departments and Agencies has developed a draft National Intellectual Property Policy and Strategy (NIPPS), 2026; to provide a comprehensive framework to harness Intellectual Property (IP) as a driver of innovation, creativity and economic growth.
