INVITATION TO A RESTRICTED TENDER
Sec 102 (1) of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Regulations, 2022 (Revised) requires procuring entities to place on their Website their intention to use Restricted Tendering method.
The State Department for Industry intends to use restricted tendering method for the below mentioned tender and invites shortlisted contractors to pick Tender Documents at the STATE DEPARTMENT FOR INDUSTRY, HEAD OF PROCUREMENT OFFICE on 16th FLOOR, NSSF BUILDING, BLOCK A, EASTERN WING before 31st January, 2024 at 10.00 A.M.

and deposited into the tender box at the 16th Floor, NSSF Building, Block A, Eastern Wing so as to reach on or before Wednesday, 31st January 2024 at 10.00 A.M.
Prices quoted must be inclusive of VAT and all Government taxes and must remain valid for a minimum period of One Hundred and Nineteen (119) days from the closing date.
Tenderers must submit a Bid Bond in the amount as indicated above in the form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank or PPRA approved Insurance Company, valid for a minimum period of One Hundred and Fifty (150) days from the date of tender opening.
Tender opening will take place at the conference Room situated at the 23rd Floor, NSSF Building immediately after the above stated date and time in the presence of tenderers or representatives who choose to attend.
